Theme Parks and Children

I currently have Made in Chelsea playing on my laptop, so thought I would justify this shameless

and unforgiving act my updating my blog. Work has gone a little crazy busy. My gig at Alton Towers was lots of fun (and tiring).

I got heartburn running through the park to catch JLS riding Oblivion with competition winners. Being right next to

them with screaming fans was one of the craziest moments covering jobs.

The two winners were crying hard and shaking. When Aston hugged one of them I thought she was about to faint.

After shooting the lads quite a few times, I finally got to see them perform live.

The 70 minute headlining slot included wicked covers of Umbrella and Price Tag. Their vocals were

on point along with the choreography.

I was very surprised by McFly’s performance. Tons of energy they banged out a great set.

Thank you to the press photographer that warned me

the canon by the stage was about to go off in my face if I didn’t move!

The highlight for me was Charlotte O’connor. Managed by my friend Sam Bush I found her sound

to be a little grown up for the crowd. Check out some

of her music at http://www.myspace.com/charlotteoconnor. Her music is a mix of pop,

folk and soul. Her album is to be released in November.

So after a 12 hour day it was back to the Alton hotel to crash.

Back in London the next day for meetings and

to attend a private view for Gay Photographers Network where I exhibited two pieces.

It was a rare opportunity to chat with other Photographer and chill out around

photos.

The shoot I produced for the boy band Vice is to lead onto another job with

them to co-inside with their launch later in the

year. I will be planning a two day shoot for the end of the summer. I am looking forward

to it so much because of their potential and

joining the team from the start!

Finally, how does John Galliano think that booze is an excuse to be that stupid.

In my experience sneeky people tend to show their true

colours. When someone shows you who you are, believe them!

Over and Out.
